Delivery
All of our racks are individually HANDMADE to order in our workshop based in Berkeley, Gloucestershire UK.
We will always dispatch orders as quick as possible, usually within a few days but please allow up to 5 working days (Monday - Friday) for dispatch of coat racks, serving platters and dipping bowls with oak bases. Hooks, Key Racks and other small Home Gifts will be dispatched within 2 working days except if purchased with a larger item, then they will be dispatched together.

At present Shipping is to UK addresses only.
Items will be dispatched either Evri, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS depending upon size/ weight. This will be stated in the dispatch confirmation email.
